Three-Minute Reset Meditation for Bereavement Midwives & Healthcare Teams
This three-minute meditation practice, created by Lucy Livesey (a bereaved mother, mental health nurse, and mindfulness teacher), is designed to support bereavement midwives and staff who care for grieving families. It offers a simple yet effective way to practice self-care while caring for others. The track can be listened to before, during, or after work as a helpful tool to "reset" when feeling overwhelmed, allowing individuals to pause and ground themselves.
