Allow us to introduce you to Lucy, the driving force behind Relax with Lucy & Co. As the founder of our organization, Lucy's journey began with a personal interest in well-being, stemming from her own experience with anxiety. Motivated by the loss of her twin brother and daughter, Lucy's mission became clear: to help others find calm and balance amidst life's challenges.

A Mental Health Nurse and Mindfulness Instructor, she shares her warm and compassionate nature in her work, guiding individuals on a path to healing. Lucy's continuous learning and unwavering dedication reflect her genuine passion for supporting others.

 

Rachel - Fundraising Coordinator and Holistic Therapist

As our Holistic Therapist and fundraising coordinator, Rachel's natural calling towards Mindfulness and Meditation radiates through her work. Her journey into the holistic world has guided her to embrace the benefits of Meditation, and she continually seeks to deepen her knowledge in these practices.

Rachel's dedication to her well-being and her genuine love and acceptance for everyone she encounters creates a safe and supportive environment for those seeking well-being guidance. Connecting with others and helping them find peace and balance is Rachel's true passion.

 
 

Michelle - Fundraising Coordinator and Holistic Therapist

At Relax with Lucy & Co, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and zeal for promoting well-being as our fundraising coordinator and holistic therapist. With a background in holistic therapy, she is a Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner, and Breastfeeding Peer Support Worker.

Michelle's transformative experience with Mindfulness & Meditation has inspired her to further her expertise. Her empathetic and caring nature, combined with her own life experiences, enables her to deeply connect with individuals from all walks of life, providing a nurturing and understanding space for growth.

 

Jessica - Partnerships Director

Jess found us through social media in the early days of her own journey after losing her first daughter, Lyra in early 2022. After using our services, Jess found them transformational in her approach to grief and has become a passionate advocate for access to mental health and mindfulness support for loss parents at all stages of pregnancy, immediately postpartum and in life.

As a senior manager within the NHS, Jess understood the power of our work to fill service gaps across the country and has joined the team as a Partnerships Director in order to expand our connection with organisations. Helping other families who have experienced baby loss find community, understanding and support is now her personal and professional passion.
