What a funny term - affirmation….. its just a word and actually affirmations are really very good.

What is an affirmation, well according to many sources on google, an affirmation is a statement or a word that people use to help them feel a certain way.

For example sportsman use affirmations to help them visualise success or to feel focused. Business people use them to help them to feel more confident and there are many more scenarios where affirmations help.

In our hypnobirthing classes, we teach ladies to use affirmations to help them to feel more confident around birth, they really do help.
