Charmaine has been practicing Mindfulness for several years and has studied with Breathworks since 2019. After catching a virus, leaving her suffering from anxiety, chronic fatigue and many other unpleasant symptoms, she was recommended to attend an 8-week Mindfulness course which is where her mindful journey began.

Mindfulness and meditation became a lifestyle change for the better. Not only has it improved her health and wellbeing, but it has become a passion of hers. This new found practice has enriched her life so much that she wants to teach and share her learnings with others.
